Agnes McDougal, the daughter of Thomas McDougal and ???, was born in Westminster Township, Ontario, but had lived all of her life in London, Ontario. She was a nurse and the night supervisor at Victoria Hospital in London for several years before World War I. Then in 1916, she went overseas and served in the No. 3 and No. 10 Stationary Hospitals. Agnes had to return by hospital ship, and spent the remainder of her life as a patient in Victoria Hospital. She underwent an operation which only lengthened her life by a few months. Agnes was buried at the cemetery in Aylmer, Ontario.
